Where do you go after Alain Ducasse? Naturally, Chez Cay for Vietnamese food. Nothing follows fine dining like craving for pho.
The menu is a mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Thai. It's practical and affordable, and it's super casual so you can just pop in and eat anytime. The Pho is a standard beef broth, rubbery meatballs and rare steak that tends to be a bit tough.
The Bo Bun is vermicelli with egg rolls and chicken, finished with a mixing of fish sauce.
It's not bad. It's nothing fancy and definitely nothing special, but maybe the other cuisines are better. It's still a reasonable spur-of-the-moment, quick-and-easy meal, but I don't need to choose it again.
