Probably because I was too busy with the pieces of Okamoto style J.F.C. Crispy fried chicken in a glaze with a a kick, sprinkled with sesame seeds, topped with green onion.
The Pork Chashu Sandwich is a lot harder to pick up. That rice bun soaks up all the mayo and cradles the softly braised belly while the pickled ginger adds some spice to the mix.
