I strongly advise against catching your seafood...as if falls off the back of a truck. But if it falls off the side of a food truck...well...roll the dice.
Rolln' Lobster turned out to be a pretty good gamble actually. The Crab Cakes are more crab and way less breading than expected. A bit too heavy on the oil, but deep fried snow crab gets very few complaints.
The Lobster Sliders were stuffed to bursting with a considerable amount of cold, fresh chunks of lobster. On Hawaiian sweet rolls. Genius.
