My Cooking


Not all home-cooked meals have to be difficult to prepare of take a long time. I made regular Rigatoni with "Kale Marinara" (1:1 mix of sauteed kale and marinara sauce), heavily enhanced with garlic, fresh parmesan, and any other Italian-esque thing that happened to be lying about my kitchen. Not all from scratch, but try substituting fresh tomato and basil for the marinara and throw in some mozzerella for a really fresh dish!
