If you live in the South Bay, you have to travel for the real tea.
Chicha is one of several San Gabriel greats, real milk tea with the freshest milk you’ll ever taste. My Fresh Milk with Brown Sugar Bubble is pearly perfection; sweet, smooth, and refreshing all at once.
The Tea Lattes are just as good, depending on your mood. Less sweet though not really, creamy oolong with some oomph.
I’ve only had a sampling of a menu so myriad it’s intimidating, but it’s enough to know how much they have to offer and how much more I’m dying to see.
